Warm Greetings and Hello;

Thanx for stopping in…. As I am writing this the temperatures today outside are hot with a beautiful side of blue skies and full on sunshine. Hello Spring you are fully here and I for one am grateful for your presence.

This year has bought me the gift of gardening at a local community garden, So plot #58 will be a new home to veggies, fruit and flowers. Some of the garden content was started here at the casa from seeds under grow lights adding to that are starter plants recently purchased from the annual Plant Sale Fundraiser for our local community gardens. All organic from seeds to starters.

Also created on the worktable was my garden guardian to oversee and bless my plot#58 from growth to harvest during this here and now season. I am in joy as it has been many years of not gardening, however greenery does exist in my life in form of houseplants which thrive in my space…..

I am a container gardener and have been for my gardening life ,although my childhood was a garden start with my dad as the master gardener all growth was on an acre of land in ground. Leading a nomadic life was not a fit for in ground gardening as it posed great difficulty when it was time to move on. Frankly I love the challenge of growing in containers and so it grows. I am in Planting Zone 4 or 5 in New Brunswick, Canada. Being Part of a community garden thus far has bought me great joy on so many levels.

Literally community building is unfolding from the ground up, its been a pleasure connecting with other plant people. Its young in the 2024 season of growth but I know that one seed ,daily watering and lovingly tending to the growth of growing my own groceries is a beautiful blessing in life.
