Since Childhood creativity has played a large role in my life. I knew early on that a typical 9 – 5 job would be too confining. Short Term ,Contract Work and Art Facilitation became my right livelihood In my thirties I fell deeply in love with clay,I still tingle when I write or speak of my first art love.

One of my moves many years later introduced me to assemblage art, shadow boxes,altars and dioramas. And ya know I’ve not looked back since. Assemblage work is about
breathing new life into an object(s) that is past its expiration date. The Black Outsider project is taking new and old materials to unfold stories of the past that has relevance of here and now.

All Journeys, regardless of their definition, speak and show us significant and subtle ways of what’s happening in and outside of us.

So everyday I show up in creating my art, shooting videos, writing blog posts, taking pictures and I know that all of this going on, is my creative journey.
