Summer Greetings and Blessings.

Where has the time gone as it feels like its flying me on a daily basis. The ebb and flow of life embraces me consistently on this life journey. Early June was a celebration of a milestone entering my crone years at 60 years.

This past winter was spent wrapped up spending five months with my grand girls, what a blessing and gift. September 2022 was a solo show at Gallery On Queen a local gallery of my twenty “Tiny Free Libraries” ,it was 7-8 months of bringing this body of work to fruition.

In December 2022 I was awarded a Authorship Award by the Lieutenant Governor of New Brunswick. Although I was unable to be present to receive the award, I had someone step up on my behalf. The past winter months was about rest and reset plus alot of nana time.

In April 2023 I arrived back in Canada taking the time to ground. It’s taken a couple of months to connect with my creative core. After 2 years of travel and time residing in a gallery I bought my series Mind, Body, Spirit Of The Enslaved home.( my fave piece of the series is spirit shown in pic)

On and off through the summer I have been a frequent guest at a friends cottage on the ocean, That was a game changer as the ocean and I have a deep connection ,the ocean gazing did my soul good.

My art table has a couple of projects in progress and ideas are coming which presently are written down to be addressed.

As i finally finish writing this post the wheel has turned to September easing into fall and soon the fall equinox will grace us in many ways.
