On and off the past few weeks the wind has been present showing up huffing, puffing, and blowing about. I call this the winds of change.

The presence of Spring is near, I find this particular season to be a powerful time of transformation. Nature is awakening in this part of the country it’s a slow process of winter letting go.

The winds of change are a sign which aligns with Daylight Savings, Spring Equinox/Ostra, and a Full Moon. All of this movement for some of us will be impacting and unfolds in diverse forms.

Casa Sanctuary has been buzzing with changes this past winter that has been steeped in deep creativity.

.These changes showed up in a full-on February (Black HerHistory Month) the outcomes were surprising and unexpected. When the wind shows up it gains my attention to be present for what is incoming.

The Blessings of February:

-A group show with local black artists at the galleryonqueen.com in Fredericton New Brunswick

-Becoming a member of New Brunswick Black Artists Alliance

-Three speaking engagements online( College in Alberta, Arts High School in Alberta, and local RCMP)

-Fourth-year residency upcoming in Summer 2022 at Fredericton Region Museum

-A art show upcoming September 2022 @ galleryonqueen.com

-New Art Pieces

Some new things showing up for Casa Sanctuary Art House is a newsletter that will give a behind the scene of Art House Happenings along with musings here on my blog.

My art table runneth over with show prep and residency ideas plus a public art project that I created in Vancouver BC in 2005(more on that later). Spring and Summer will have me with my head down into these new blessings of creativity.

Thanx so much for popping in here at the Art House…If you are not already signed up for the newsletter then by all means come aboard. (Newsletter is on my blog page on the right-hand side of the page)

As Always yours in

Artistic Solidarity;

Rhonda
